Reichlin (nee Reiter), 90, the mother of Elyria's Mayor Leonard Reichlin, died Saturday in Elyria Memorial Hospital following a two year illness. Born on Kelley's Island August 30, 1882, she lived in Lorain for 65 years until moving to Elyria in 1971 to live with Mayor Reichlin. She was the last member of her family of two brothers and seven sisters. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, Lorain and the Mothers Guild. Other survivors are two other sons, Rev. Fr. Urban Reichlin, pastor of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Cleveland and Martin C. Reichlin, Sheffield Lake; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild. Her husband Martin, died in 1947. Friends will be received today and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., in the Reichlin Funeral Home, where recitation of the Rosary will be at 8 tonight and tomorrow. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Lorain at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with her son, the Rev. Fr. Urban Reichlin, officiating as celebrant of the concelebrated High Mass.
